The airport is located at Ezeiza, 35km (21 miles) southwest of Buenos Aires

Transfer Between Terminals
The terminals are within walking distance of each other.

Driving Directions
From Plaza San Martín (San Martín y Libertador) to the airport: Take Calle San Martín, Avenida Del Libertador, Avenida Maipú, Calle Arenales, Avenida 9 de Julio, motorway 25 de Mayo, Avenida TGL Dellepiane and the motorway TGP Riccheri. The airport is signposted.

Car Parking
The airport has parking spaces available in a multi-story covered parking garage and an open-air parking lot, next to Terminal A. There is no distinction between long- and short-term parking at the airport.

Car Hire
There are two car hire companies at the airport: Hertz and Avis, both located in Terminal A Arrivals.

Public Transport
Road: Taxi: There is a taxi stand at the airport. Municipal taxis for both Ezeiza and Buenos Aires are available outside both terminals at authorized taxi ranks (journey time: 45 minutes). Companies Transfer-Express and Manuel Tienda León operate a chauffeur service between Ezeiza and Buenos Aires, departing from both terminals. Luxury transport is available from VIP Car, available outside the Arrivals areas of both terminals. Bus: A number of bus services operated to Ezeiza, Buenos Aires and the surrounds. Bus no.394 runs to Monte Grande railway station and Camino de Cintura. Bus no.502 runs to Ezeiza City. Bus no.51 runs to Constitución via Monte Grande. Bus no.86 operates between the airport and central Buenos Aires, Plaza de Mayo. Manuel Tienda León provides a shuttle service from the airport.

Information and Help Desks
There are two information desks. One is located on the ground floor of Terminal A and it is open 24 hours and the other one is on the ground floor of Terminal B and it is open from 0530 until the last flight. Courtesy telephones are situated around the terminal, with a direct link to the information desk. The airport has a 24-hour information line, which also provides information for the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (internal flights) (tel: (0)11 5480 6111). Customer service representatives from Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 are available to provide assistance and information; they are easily recognizable by their uniform. Tourist information desks are located in Terminal A Arrivals and in the baggage reclaim hall of Terminal B Arrivals.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: Facilities include several bureaux de change in both terminals and ATMs in Terminal A. There is a 24-hour bank in the Terminal A Arrivals area. Telephone and Internet access is available in Terminal A Departures and Terminal B Arrivals. Mobile phone hire and services are available in Terminal A Arrivals and Departures. Eating and drinking: There are several restaurants, cafés and bars. Shopping: There are several shops at the airport. Duty-free is available in Terminal A and B Departures, and in Terminal A Arrivals. Luggage: The left-luggage service is located next to the information desk on the ground floor of Terminal A and in Terminal A Departures; lockers are available in Terminal A Arrivals. Lost property is handled by the National Aeronautical Police. Trolleys are available for a fee. Baggage wrapping services are located throughout the terminals. Other facilities: There are pharmacies in both terminals, and a medical service center in Terminal A.

Conference and Business Facilities
The airport has VIP Lounges on the first floor of Terminal B Departures (after security), and on the first floor of Terminal B Departures (after security); these are for business-class passengers of various airlines and club members only. VIP members can use the check-in facilities, bar and relaxation room, take a shower, access the Internet, watch TV and use the telephone and fax facilities. AA2000 provides a VIP Lounge on the ground floor of Terminal A Arrivals (tel: (0)11 5480 2002). Internet access is available at telephone booths throughout the terminals, and a photocopy service is available in Arrivals.

Facilities for Disabled Travelers
The airport is fully physically accessible. Ramps and lifts are located throughout the airport and there are specially adapted bathrooms, toilets and telephones. Telephones for the hearing impaired are also available. Disabled parking is available.

There are no hotels located on site. Hotels located between 21-38km (13-24 miles) from the airport include the Caesar Park Buenos Aires (tel: (0)11 4819 1296), Claridge Hotel (tel: (0)11 4314 7700), Crowne Plaza Buenos Aires – Panamericano (tel: (0)11 4348 5000), Hilton Buenos Aires (tel: (0)11 4891 0000), Holiday Inn Express Puerto Madero (tel: (0)11 4311 5200), Hotel Crillon (tel: (0)11 4310 2000), Hotel InterContinental Buenos Aires (tel: (0)11 4340 7100), Marriott Plaza Hotel Buenos Aires (tel: (0)11 4318 3000) and Sheraton Buenos Aires (tel: (0)11 4318 9000).
