The airport is located 16km (10 miles) northwest of Lima

Driving Directions
From central Lima, take E Faucett Avenue and follow the signs to the airport.

Car Parking
The car park is located in front of the main terminal building. The first 10 minutes of parking are free; parking is then paid on an hourly basis. Secure parking is available at the car park entrance.

Car Hire
Avis, Hertz, Budget and National are all represented at the airport.

Public Transport
Road: Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport; it is recommended that passengers use the services of one of three official taxi companies located directly outside the Arrivals hall. Bus: The center of Lima can be reached by bus. Alternatively combis (minibuses) run to/from central Lima, stopping along the main avenues in the city (Abancay, Tacna and Wilson avenues). No buses enter the airport grounds; the nearest stop is on the main avenue that leads from the city center to the airport.

Information and Help Desks
There are two information and customer service desks in the main hall of the International and Domestic zone; bilingual staff can provide information on flights, services and facilities in the airport, as well as tourist information.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: There are bureaux de change in the main hall of the International zone and a post office on the ground level. ATMs are available throughout the airport. Eating and drinking: There are three restaurants on the mezzanine level, in the International zone, as well as cafés and fast-food outlets. Shopping: Duty-free is available before customs. A shopping area is situated in the main hall, with shops selling crafts, books, magazines and other items. Luggage: The left-luggage area is located in the main hall. Other facilities: There is a pharmacy and a medical center, which can provide a vaccination service, on the mezzanine level; emergency medical services are available 24 hours a day. The service is free. A private medical service is located on the first floor of the International zone.

Conference and Business Facilities
An office of one of Peru’s private telephone companies is located in the main hall, open 24 hours a day. It is equipped with telephone booths, as well as fax and Internet facilities. There is an Internet café in the International transit area. There are three VIP lounges operated by airlines and other organizations, the Peru VIP Lounge; the VIP Club Lounge for first-class passengers of specific airlines, and the Authorities Lounge. Diners cardholders may use the VIP lounges in the terminal.

Facilities for Disabled Travelers
There are disabled toilets; ramps provide wheelchair access to all areas of the terminal. Passengers requiring wheelchairs should contact their airline in advance. Facilities for visually-impaired and hearing-impaired passengers comply with international regulations.

Hotels
The Manhattan Inn Airport Hotel (tel: (0)1 464 5811) is situated nearby, five minutes from the airport. The Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores (tel: (0)1 242 3200) and the JW Marriott Hotel and Stellaris Casino Lima (tel: (0)1 217 7000) are located in Miraflores and can provide transport to/from the airport; guests should request this service in advance.
