All three terminals are connected internally.

Driving Directions
Baldorioty de Castro Avenue runs west from the airport past the Isla Verde, Ocean Park and Condado sectors (tourist areas) into Old San Juan.

Car Parking
Multi-level parking charged at hourly rates is available 24 hours a day. American Parking Systems provides long-term parking options, with some 2,000 spaces available.

Car Hire
Companies with desks on the first level of each terminal include Avis, Budget, Charlie, Dollar Hertz, National and Thrifty; Wheelchair Getaways Rent A Car (tel: 726 4023) has vehicles for disabled drivers.

Public Transport
There is a ground transportation information desk at the airport, which gives information and books tickets for all types of travel. Road: Taxi: Taxis are available from the first level of each terminal (journey time to San Juan: 30-45 minutes). Puerto Rico has both ordinary taxis and taxis turisticos with a special knowledge of tourist areas; these are painted white with a logo and charge set rates depending on zones. Limousine: Limousines are also available. Bus: Regular buses and airport shuttles run to San Juan, where there is a ferry service from Pier 2 across the bay to Catano.

Information and Help Desks
A tourist information office is located in Terminal C (tel: 791 1014) and a Travelers Aid desk can be found on the first level of Terminal D.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: There is a bank on the second level (Departures) of Terminal D. There is a post office and telephones on the first level (Arrivals). Eating and drinking: There are restaurants, bars and fast-food outlets on the second level (Departures) in Terminal D and C; snack bars are available in all terminals and at some gates. Shopping: Shops are also located on the second level (Departures). Duty-free is available at gate 9 and between gates 2 and 3. Other facilities: Medical emergency services are available.

Conference and Business Facilities
There are no conference facilities available at the airport or at the airport hotel. The Courtyard Isla Verde Beach Resort (tel: 787 791 0404), situated 1km (0.5 miles) from the airport, has four meeting rooms and a fully equipped business center, with PCs and printers available. Facilities for frequent flyers and businessmen are located at the American Airlines Admiral’s Club in Terminal D, including free local calls, photocopying and fax service, and FedEx drop off. Other executive lounges include the Delta Airlines Crown Room in Terminal B and also at the Continental Airlines President’s Club in Terminal C.

Facilities for Disabled Travelers
These include lifts, a ramp, people movers, TDD telephones, disabled toilets and disabled parking spaces. Assistance is available to disabled travelers; travelers should contact the Travelers Aid desk on the first level of Terminal D. Passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance should contact their airline prior to travel. Wheelchair Getaways Rent A Car (tel: 726 4023) has vehicles for disabled drivers.

Hotels
The Luis Munoz Marin International Airport Hotel (tel: 791 1700) can be found in Terminal D, on level 2. The Courtyard Isla Verde Beach Resort (tel: 787 791 0404) is just 1km (0.5 miles) from the airport. Other nearby hotels include the Howard Johnson San Juan, the Casa De Playa Beach Hotel and the Ritz-Carlton San Juan Casino. Some hotels have desks and concierge services in the baggage reclaim area.
