Tour Overview
One of the major highlights of travelling through Vietnam is tasting its culinary delights. Combining the excitement of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), the historic attractions of Hoi An and Hue and the serenity of Hanoi - what better way is there is get to know Vietnam than through the eyes of its people and the tastes of its cuisine?

You can also start your Vietnam experience two days earlier and visit the bustling and colourful Mekong Delta.

Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrive in Saigon and transfer to hotel.
Day 2 City tour, including Binh Tay markets to purchase local produce. Visit Cu Chi tunnels.
Day 3 Morning cooking class and free afternoon.
Day 4 Fly to Danang and drive to Hoi An. Walking tour of Hoi An.
Day 5 Boat cruise on Tu Bon River to join cooking class specialising in local cuisine. Afternoon free.
Day 6 Drive to Hue, via Danang. Visit Citadel and Purple Forbidden City.
Day 7 Perfume River cruise. Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 8 Fly to Hanoi. City tour of Hanoi.
Day 9 Cooking class at KOTO resaurant. Free afternoon.
Day 10 Trip ends in Hanoi this morning.
